Innovation Process. Specializing in “Innovation Process” Lisa has crafted new product development methodologies for top companies such as Frito-Lay, Con-Agra, Avery-Dennison and Pfizer and she also managed a range of new product projects for over 15 years.
         

Ideation & Opportunity Identification. Certified in Creative Problem Solving, Lisa has led customized ideation and strategy sessions to brainstorm and evaluate opportunity areas and product platforms leading to prioritized pipeline plans for top companies such as Quaker, General Mills, Avery-Dennison, and Playmates.


Turn-Arounds. Known for her ability to quickly turn around declining businesses, Lisa has developed and implemented marketing plans that: reversed a 6-year attendance decline for the Hollywood Bowl, doubled share within 6 months for Hunt’s Salsa, and increased the business +22% for Yardley of London Soaps (reversing a 2-year decline).

New Products. Lisa has developed many winning new product concepts receiving top awards, including: Banquet Homestyle Bakes which achieved retail sales of $125 Million and was the #1 selling new product of the year, Healthy Choice Salad Bar Select which was awarded “New Product of the Year” by two key trade publications, and the successful global launch of Pond’s Nourishing Moisturizers.
         

Youth & Family. A Youth & Family marketing specialist, Lisa has developed marketing and promotional programs for Barbie, LeapPad and the FLY Pentop Computer while also creating successful new kids meal concepts for ConAgra.


Hispanic Marketing. An expert in marketing to U.S. Hispanic consumers, Lisa managed Spanish language advertising and marketing efforts for Jif, Joy, Pantene, Downy, Crisco and Kool-Aid.
